La cuantía de los contratos en moneda extranjera se determinará según el cambio oficial en el momento en que el impuesto se haga efectivo, salvo cuando el pago de la obligación contractual deba hacerse en moneda nacional a un tipo de cambio convencional, según cláusula expresa en el mismo contrato.
