De la responsabilidad demostrada. Las Fuentes de la Información y el Ministerio de Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, como operador del Registro de Deudores Alimentarios Morosos (REDAM), deberán adoptar medidas de responsabilidad demostrada para garantizar el debido Tratamiento de los datos personales, conforme lo dispone el artículo 15 de la Constitución Política, las Leyes Estatutarias 1266 de 2008 y 1581 de 2012, sus normas reglamentarias y aquellas que las modifiquen, adicionen o subroguen. Dichas medidas deben ser apropiadas, efectivas, útiles, eficientes y demostrables. Especial énfasis realizarán en garantizar la calidad, integridad y veracidad de la información, así como la actualización permanente y el reporte oportuno de la misma.
