Para efectos del cálculo y determinación de la tasa, la Superintendencia Nacional de Salud dará aplicación a los factores, variables y coeficientes establecidos en el Decreto 1405 de 1999 y a los criterios que en materia de liquidación y cobro de la misma se fijan en el artículo 7º del mencionado decreto y a las condiciones establecidas en el Decreto 1580 de 2002.
