ACEPTACION DE CAUSALES. Procedimiento. Cuando la Corte aceptare como demostrada alguna o algunas de las causales propuestas, procederá así

Si la causal aceptada fuere la primera o la segunda, casará el fallo y dictará el que deba reemplazarlo.

Si la causal aceptada fuere la tercera, declarará en qué estado queda el proceso y dispondrá que se envié al tribunal de origen para que proceda con arreglo a lo resuelto por la Corte.
