Los representantes legales de las entidades vigiladas estarán obligados a dar lectura, en la junta directiva, de aquellas comunicaciones dirigidas por la Superintendencia Bancaria, cuando tal requerimiento se formule, de lo cual se dejará constancia en las respectivas actas".
