Efectuada la adjudicación de las acciones, el precio de las mismas deberá ser pagado de contado, en dinero en efectivo o cheque, en las condiciones que señale la Sociedad Fiduciaria Industrial S. A., de acuerdo con las instrucciones que reciba para el efecto del comité de fiducia previsto en el contrato de fiducia correspondiente.
