Artículo primero. Autorízase al Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público para crear el ''Museo de la Moneda", con el objeto de coleccionar y exhibir los signos monetarios que se hayan emitido o emitan en el país, tanto metálicos como en billetes, y los documentos de crédito Público.
