° Créase una Comisión Asesora del Gobierno Nacional adscrita al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico e integrada por expertos en comercio exterior y en asuntos de transporte marítimo, con el fin de que estudie la actual situación de este servicio y presente al Gobierno sus recomendaciones en un lapso de 60 días, contados a partir de la fecha del presente Decreto.
