Tabaco elaborado. Para efectos del impuesto al consumo de que trata el capítulo IX de la Ley 223 de 1995, se entiende por tabaco elaborado aquel que se obtiene de la hoja de tabaco sometida a un proceso de transformación industrial, incluido el proceso denominado curado.
