Autorizase al poder ejecutivo para que por medio de contrato con los Gobiernos de los Departamentos de Bolívar, Atlántico y Magdalena, disminuya las cantidades fijadas en la presente Ley como indemnizaciones, y compense, cuando menos, esa disminución con una participación eventual en el producto de las salinas marítimas, mediante la presentación de ciertos servicios de vigilancia por parte de dichos Gobiernos.
