Para determinar el número de estaciones de radiodifusión sonora en Amplitud Modulada (AM) y Frecuencia Modulada (FM) que pueda autorizar el Ministerio en un municipio o distrito, dentro de cada modalidad, se restará al total de los habitantes de la respectiva localidad, el número de habitantes que corresponda a las estaciones autorizadas en ella.
