Modifíquese el numeral 7 del artículo 5.4.2.1.4 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: "7. Cuando al aspirante se le hubiere declarado la extinción del dominio de conformidad con la Ley 1708 de 2014 o las normas que la modifiquen o sustituyan, dentro de los últimos veinte (20) años contados a partir del momento de la ejecutoria de la providencia que impuso la medida, y con sujeción a lo previsto en los artículos 16 y 217 de dicha ley.".
