En caso de la pérdida de algunas de las actas de escrutinios, por cualquier causa, la corporación escrutadora inmediatamente superior pedirá a la inmediatamente inferior copia del acta de escrutinio, la que servirá lo mismo que si fuera la original; pero también podrá pedir todos los documentos y datos que fueren necesarios.
