º El artículo 7º de la Ley 47 de 1926, quedará así: "Llegado el expediente al Ministerio, se dictará la Resolución que sea del caso. Si fuere de adjudicación definitiva, la Resolución ministerial tendrá el carácter de título traslaticio de dominio, equivalente a escritura pública y deberá inscribirse en la Oficina de Registro correspondiente."
