ART 180. El que en perjuicio del público altere las pesas, pesos ó medidas legales, ó á sabiendas use de pesas, ó pesos ó medidas falsas ó alteradas, pagará una multa de cinco á cincuenta pesos, y sufrirá un arresto de uno á seis meses.
