En los procesos penales y de lo contencioso administrativo en que se encuentren vencidos los términos o éstos se venzan durante la vigencia de la presente ley para rendir concepto, los Fiscales y demás funcionarios del Ministerio Público, el expediente será solicitado por el Juez o Tribunal inmediatamente, el cual tendrá que ser devuelto en el término de la distancia y la actuación continuará sin necesidad de dicho concepto.
