En La Elección Para Presidente De La República, Los Ciudadanos Votarán Con Tarjetas Electorales Que Llevarán Impresos Los Símbolos, Emblemas Y Colores De Los Diferentes Partidos O Movimientos Políticos Que Participen En Las Votaciones, Con Impresión Clara Del Nombre Y Apellidos Del Respectivo Candidato

En la elección para Presidente de la República, los ciudadanos votarán con tarjetas electorales que llevarán impresos los símbolos, emblemas y colores de los diferentes partidos o movimientos políticos que participen en las votaciones, con impresión clara del nombre y apellidos del respectivo candidato.

Parágrafo

Los símbolos, emblemas y colores de los partidos o movimientos políticos serán los mismos que se hayan inscrito para tales efectos ante el Consejo Nacional Electoral o en el acto de inscripción de la respectiva candidatura presidencial. (Modificado según Art 1 ley 62 de 1988)
