En el trámite y decisión de las peticiones y reclamaciones de que tratan los dos artículos anteriores, las Comisiones de Personal y del Servicio Civil en lo pertinente observarán el procedimiento previsto en los artículos 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 y 35 de este decreto. La citación de los terceros interesados en la decisión a adoptar en la respectiva actuación administrativa, se hará de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 14, 15 y 16 del Código Contencioso Administrativo.
