° El ajuste patrimonial por inexistencia de pasivos solo se aceptará cuando éstos hayan sido declarados con anterioridad al 30 de septiembre de 1974 y siempre que las oficinas de impuestos no establezcan su real existencia. En consecuencia, respecto de los denunciados o los introducidos a las declaraciones de renta del año fiscal de 1973 u otros en anteriores en virtud de correcciones o adiciones a las mismas con posterioridad a tal fecha, no podrá invocarse la amnistía.
