El contrato de trabajo verbal o escrito de los choferes asalariados del servicio público se entenderá celebrado con la empresa respectiva, pero para efecto del pago de salarios, prestaciones e indemnizaciones las empresas y los propietarios de los vehículos, sean socios o afiliados, serán solidariamente responsables.
