Artículo decimotercero. Importaciones temporales de firmas colombianas de ingeniería.

El Gobierno establecerá los mecanismos necesarios para que las firmas colombianas de ingeniería puedan importar temporalmente al país, los equipos y maquinarias necesarias para la ejecución de obras públicas o similares de especial importancia para el desarrollo económico y social.

El Gobierno reglamentará lo atinente a la importación definitiva de los equipos y maquinaria que ingresen temporalmente al país las firmas colombianas de ingeniería.
