En reunión ordinaria la Asamblea podrá ocuparse y decidir sobre temas no indicados en la convocatoria, a propuesta de cualquiera de los miembros o afiliados hábiles asistentes. La Asamblea General en reunión extraordinaria no podrá tomar decisiones sobre temas no incluidos en el orden del día indicado en la convocatoria, pero agotado éste podrá ocuparse de otros temas por decisión de las tres cuartas partes de los afiliados presentes en la reunión.
