Los apoderados de los entes públicos deberán presentar informe al Comité de Conciliación para que este pueda determinar la procedencia del llamamiento en garantía para fines de repetición en los procesos judiciales de responsabilidad patrimonial. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de la obligación contenida en el artículo anterior.
