Articulo veinte . Todos los empleados del "Fondo Rotatorio Judicial", tendrán el carácter de empleados públicos; estarán afiliados a la Caja Nacional de Previsión y serán de nombramiento y remoción del Ministro de Justicia, a excepción del Gerente, que será designado por Decreto ejecutivo.
