Parágrafo

Para este grupo se requieren las siguientes condiciones mínimas de admisión al servicio: para el ordinal a), haber cursado tres años de estudios secundarios y poseer buenos conocimientos de laboratorio. Para los ordinales b) y c), haber cursado tres años de enseñanza secundaria, poseer diploma de mecanotaquígrafa y mecanografía, respectivamente, adquiridos en una institución reconocida por el Gobierno o subsidiariamente, comprobación de idoneidad ante el Consejo Nacional de Administración y Disciplina; tener buena disposición caligráfica y facilidad de adaptación.
