Anticipo de remuneración por comisión al exterior. El personal del nivel ejecutivo que sea destinado en comisión al exterior por más de treinta (30) días, tendrá derecho al anticipo de un (1) mes de su remuneración mensual. Cuando la comisión sea por un lapso menor de treinta (30) días, el anticipo de remuneración se hará por el tiempo de la comisión más los viáticos, si fuere el caso. CAPITULO II. Del subsidio familiar
