Decreto 1345 de 2023 · por medio del cual se adiciona de manera transitoria el Capítulo 8, al Título 3, Parte 3 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1075 de 2015 -Único Reglamentario del Sector Educación-y se establece el Sistema Transitorio de Equivalencias para el Régimen de Carrera Especial de los Dinamizadores Pedagógicos o Educadores Indígenas y se dictan otras disposiciones en cumplimiento de lo ordenado en la Sentencia SU-245 de 2021, mientras se expide la norma del Sistema Educativo Indígena Propio (SEIP).
