Ley 79 de 1988 · Por la cual se actualiza la legislación cooperativa

Además de lo previsto en otras leyes sobre la materia, habrá lugar a la liquidación parcial de cesantías, cuando su inversión se destine a satisfacer necesidades de vivienda, a través de planes adelantados por organismos cooperativos debidamente autorizados.

Parágrafo

Los fabricantes de materiales básicos de construcción, clasificados como tales por el Ministerio de Desarrollo o por el Instituto de Crédito Territorial, los venderán a las cooperativas de vivienda a precios de mayoristas, agentes o concesionarios. Para tales efectos, se aplicará lo establecido en el artículo 137 de la presente Ley.
