LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 7º.- Atención especial a discapacitados. De conformidad con el artículo 13 de la Constitución Política, la Administración dará prelación a la atención personal a los discapacitados. Dentro del año siguiente a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, cada entidad adecuará un lugar idóneo para su atención personal.
