A partir del 1°. de enero de 1985, increméntanse en un cincuenta por ciento (50%) las tarifas del impuesto de timbre de que tratan los artículos 14 de la Ley 2ª. de 1976 y 55 de la Ley 9ª. de 1983. Los valores que hubieren sido ajustados de conformidad con el Decreto 3579 de 1983, se incrementarán tomando como base el valor establecido en dicho Decreto. Las fracciones de peso que resulten de la aplicación del presente artículo, se despreciarán si fueren inferiores a cincuenta centavos ($ 0.50) y se aproximarán al peso si fueren iguales o superiores a dicha suma.
