Si el expropiado no conviniere en recibir la cantidad fijada como indemnización provisional, se le hará el pago por consignación en los términos de la ley civil; si recibiere la suma y se querellare por deficiencia, se seguirá el juicio ordinario de que trata el Artículo anterior; y en uno y otro caso podrá ocuparse la zona indicada en el plano.
