El Director del Fondo. El Director del Fondo es nombrado por el Banco de la República a propuesta de la Junta Directiva, la cual no podrá hacer uso de esta atribución sin el voto favorable del Ministro de Desarrollo Económico. Corresponde al Director el desarrollo y ejecución de las políticas del Fondo con miras al cumplimiento de sus objetivos.
