Artículo transitorio 26. Los procesos que se adelanten actualmente en el Tribunal Disciplinario, continuarán tramitándose sin interrupción alguna por los magistrados de dicha corporación y pasarán al conocimiento de la Sala Disciplinaria del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura desde la instalación de la misma.
