La Superintendencia podrá revocar el permiso de funcionamiento otorgado a una sociedad, cuando ésta solemnice, sin su permiso reformas estatutarias que adolezcan de algún vicio de nulidad por defectos de fondo o de forma, mientras la Asamblea General de accionistas subsana tales defectos o las deroga, según el caso.
