Los títulos representativos de mercancías atribuirán a su tenedor legítimo el derecho exclusivo de disponer de las mercancías que en ellos se especifiquen.

También le darán derecho, en caso de rechazo del título por el principal obligado, a ejercitar la acción de regreso por el valor que en el título se fijó a las mercancías.
