Para la realización de la obra de qué habla el artículo, la Nación destinará la suma de un millón de pesos ($ 1.000.000.00) moneda corriente, los cuales ingresarán al fondo del Instituto de Fomento Eléctrico, el cual, a su vez, los destinará a lo ordenado en la presente Ley, por intermedio de " CEDENAR " (Centrales Hidroeléctricas de Nariño).
