Art. 9.° La copia i rejistro de que trata el artículo anterior, se autorizaran con las firmas del respectivo presidente o gobernador i su secretario de gobierno, i se anotarán en la carta de naturaleza, espresando la fecha en que se ha compulsado la copia, i el folio del libro en que queda rejistrada la carta.
