Artículo primero. Apruébese el Acuerdo número 143 de junio 10 de 1980, de la. Junta Administradora del Instituto de Seguros Sociales, cuyo texto és el siguiente: ACUERDO NUMERO 143 DE 1980 (junio 10) por el cual se modifican parcialmente les Acuerdos números 046 de 1978, 052 de 1979 y 088 de 1980, que determinan la Planta de Personal de la Seccional del Atlántico. La Junta Administradora del Instituto ,de Seguros Sociales, en ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere .el literal n° del artículo 55 del Decreto-ley 1650 de 1977 y de conformidad con íes Decretos-leyes 1651, 1652 y 1700 de 1977 y 1313 de 1978, ACUERDA:
