Los saldos mensuales que reciban de las subalternas los Administradores Principales de Correos, deben ser consignados inmediatamente en el Banco depositario a la orden del Jefe del Servicio de Giros. Estos saldos no pueden destinarse a otro fin, y cualquier demora que se observare en la consignación será sancionada con multas, sin perjuicio de mayores sanciones que impondrán las oficinas fiscalizadoras del Ministerio o de la Contraloría General, según el caso.
