Mientras se agotan los formularios de la referencia "FC-8", el impuesto de $5.00 de que trata el numeral 13 del artículo anterior, se pagará mediante el uso de tales formularios y la adherencia adicional de estampillas del Servicio Exterior, por valor de $1.00 en el original de la factura.
