Adiciónese el inciso cuarto al artículo 11.4.1.1.2 del Decreto 2555 de 2010, el cual quedará así: “El organismo de autorregulación también podrá ejercer la función de certificación respecto de personas no vinculadas a intermediarios de valores para efectos de acreditar la experiencia o conocimientos de los inversionistas de los que trata el artículo 7.2.1.1.2 del presente decreto.”.
