Decreto 1153 de 2001 · por medio del cual se reglamenta la Ley 454 de 1998 en lo relativo a la integración y funcionamiento del Consejo Nacional de la Economía Solidaria, Cones.

º . Reuniones . La Asamblea General del Cones se convocará ordinariamente cada seis (6) meses y extraordinariamente cuando sea solicitado por el Presidente de la Junta Directiva, el Director de Dansocial o por el veinte por ciento (20%) de los integrantes del Cones. Las citaciones para Asamblea General se harán por medio de correo certificado a las direcciones que registren los miembros del Cones.

Parágrafo transitorio

La primera reunión o las que fueren necesarias para la integración del Cones serán convocadas por el Director de Dansocial.
