Modifíquese el inciso 1° del artículo 1.2.5.15 de la Resolución 400 de 1995 de la Sala General de la Superintendencia de Valores, modificado por el artículo 1° del Decreto 1941 de 2006, el cual quedará así: “De forma previa a la formulación de la oferta, el oferente deberá acreditar ante la Bolsa de Valores la constitución de la garantía que respalde el cumplimiento de las obligaciones resultantes de la misma, de conformidad con la reglamentación que para el efecto esta establezca”.
