º . El Consejo Directivo de Incentivo Forestal. A fin de asesorar al Gobierno en la administración, funcionamiento de programa de lncentivo Forestal, intégrase el Consejo Directivo del lncentivo Forestal, conformado por el Ministro de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural o su delegado, quien lo presidirá, el Ministro del Medio Ambiente o su delegado, el Jefe de la Unidad de Desarrollo Agrario del Departamento Nacional de Planeación o su delegado y por el Presidente de Finagro o su delegado. La Secretaría Técnica del Consejo Directivo será ejercida por el Director General Agrícola y Forestal del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural.
