Oficina técnica. La Comisión contará con una Oficina Técnica dependiente directamente de la Coordinación General, con las siguientes funciones

a)

Realizar el soporte técnico requerido por cualquiera de las dependencias de la Comisión;

b)

Recopilar, procesar y verificar la información estadística básica suministrada por las entidades reguladas;

c)

Administrar el Centro de Documentación;

d)

Proponer, implantar y actualizar los sistemas de información de la Comisión:

e)

Las demás que le sean asignadas por Coordinador General.
