No podrán fijarse y reconocerse auxilios por sumas que en total, excedan de las cantidades de $ 30.000 para los damnificados de Maceo y del Corregimiento de San .losé del Municipio de Andes, y de $ 10.000 para los damnificados de Puerto Valdivia, por ser estas las cuantías de las sumas votadas por las leyes que decretaron estos auxilios.

Decreto 2250 de 1946 · por el cual se reglamentan las Leyes 102 y 112 de 1938 y 94 de 1939, en cuanto conceden unos auxilios a damnificados por calamidades públicas ocurridas en los Municipios de Maceo, Andes y Puerto Valdivia, del Departamento de Antioquia.
