° Toda persona natural o jurídica que habitualmente ocupe uno o más trabajadores permanentes deberá suministrar, cada seis (6) meses en forma gratuita, un par de zapatos de cuero, rancho o de otro material similar, a cada uno de sus trabajadores cuya remuneración sea inferior a ochenta pesos ($ 80) mensuales.
