Controversia entre pretendidos beneficiarios . Si se presentare controversia entre los pretendidos beneficiarios del seguro, se suspenderá el pago hasta tanto se decida judicialmente, por medio de sentencia ejecutoriada, a qué persona o personas corresponde el valor del seguro.
