Efectos del abandono de bienes. Una vez transcurrido el plazo de dos (2) meses de que trata el artículo 2.2.2.56.2, del presente decreto, sin que se haya retirado el bien, la condición de abandono prevista en el artículo 18 de la Ley 1480 de 2011, tendrá como efecto que el bien se repute provisoriamente mostrenco de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 704 del Código Civil, debiéndose dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 2.4.3.1.3.1 del Decreto 1084 de 2015.
