Transcurridos cinco años después de la sanción de la presente Ley, la participación de los Departamentos en el impuesto de consumo de las cervezas será del 75 por 100 del total de lo recaudado en ellos, y de esa participación tendrá derecho sus respectivos Municipios al 50 por 100.
